Steve Jobs Died, We Lost An Amazing Human Being
I have some very sad news to share with all of you. Apple co-founder and Chairman Steve Jobs died. He was 56, according to reports. The Apple.com website is featuring Steve Jobs with the dates 1955 -2011. Jobs had been struggling with his health for the last several years. He had been battling pancreatic cancer and had stepped down as Apple CEO in late August saying he was no longer able to do the job. Apple has lost a visionary and creative genius, and the world has lost an amazing human being. We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today.
Jobs was born in San Francisco in 1955 to young parents who gave him up for adoption. Paul and Clara Jobs gave him his name, and moved out of the city in 1960 to theSanta ClaraValley, later to be known asSilicon Valley. Jobs grew up inMountain ViewandCupertino, where Apple’s headquarters is located.
Steve one of the most legendary businessmen in American history, American. President Barack Obama made a statement about his death that “The world has lost a visionary. And there may be no greater tribute to Steve’s success than the fact that much of the world learned of his passing on a device he invented,”
Steve’s brilliance, passion, and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve.
